What are your opening hours?

North Lanarkshire Heritage Centre is open Monday – Saturday, 9.30am – 4.30pm.

What time does an event start/when should I arrive?

Please check your ticket for the event start time. Doors open 30 minutes before the show begins.


How do I book the venue?

When/Where can I collect my tickets?

You can collect your tickets for both venues from our box office at Motherwell Concert Hall & Theatre. The box office is located on the Airbles Road side of the building. If you need to speak to someone at our box office, please give them a call on 01698 403120.


How much is an event?

Prices vary per show, be sure to check the event page for more information. You’ll find a full list of our events here.


Where can I park?

There is limited parking at Airdrie Town Hall & Motherwell Concert Hall & Theatre.

Entry to Summerlee Museum is free, with small charges for some activities.

What are the museums opening times?

Summerlee Museum is open from 10am to 4pm, 7 days per week.

How do I request my library password or reset my password?

To request a password for your library account (which is also required to access BorrowBox), please complete our online form – you’ll find it here.

Our staff will process your request as soon as possible during office hours.

Alternatively, please email libraries@culturenl.co.uk with your name, library card number and date of birth. Our staff will assist you during office hours.


How can I renew the items I have out on loan?

You can renew your items online by logging into your account here.

Alternatively, you can visit or call your local library during our opening hours. You’ll find library opening times here.


How long do I have to collect a reservation from my local library?

Our reservations are held for library customers for 7 days from the day it arrives at the pick-up location library.

If you are unable to collect your item(s) within this time period, please contact your local library – in some circumstances it may be possible to hold the item for a few extra days.


How can I access online library services?

Our eLibrary services are available 24/7. You can access our eBook and eAudiobook services via the BorrowBox app and our eMagazines via the RBdigital app. For more information on how to access these services, click here.


Macmillan in Lanarkshire



Where and when can I access Macmillan in Lanarkshire services?

For the safety of our volunteers and service users, we have made the difficult decision to scale back our activities for a 3 week period starting Monday 16 March 2020 due to the coronavirus outbreak.

The cancer information spaces will remain accessible within libraries for those looking for Macmillan Cancer Support information and some of the titles are also available on BorrowBox too for library members.
